Penis Enlargement Packages

Men should be aware that there are only two effective options for penis enlargement:

  • Penis enlargement surgery for increased length and girth: This is day-care (no need for an overnight stay in hospital) surgical procedure, which can simultaneously increase a man’s penile length and girth. The results of penis enlargement surgery (which increase penis length and girth) are permanent and the operation can be repeated if further size increases are desired.
  • Non-surgical penis enlargement (girth only): For patients reluctant to opt for the surgical option, you can explore non-surgical girth enhancement which involves injecting a filler in the penis so as to increase its volume. It should be noted that this is not a permanent solution (the filler will eventually be absorbed) but is a generally safe and reversible treatment which can be performed in 30 minutes with a local anaesthetic and repeated as many times as needed.

Please note that pills, creams and other medicinal products advertised for penis enlargement do not work and in many cases can be dangerous and should always be avoided!

The costs for penis enlargement treatments vary between AED15000 and AED45000 depending on whether a patient chooses the surgical or non-surgical option, the operating technique employed and the results that you want to achieve. We don’t follow a one-price-fits-all policy and prices are quoted on a case by case basis as assessed by our experienced surgeons.

Other Available Penis Enlargement Treatment Options

The following treatments can be combined with one of our penis enlargement packages or performed on their own:

  • Scrotoplasty – AED7500 if combined with any other surgical package or AED20000 if performed on its own

Scrotoplasty involves removing any excess scrotal skin which is attached at the bottom of the penis. In some men, the scrotal skin might go as far as the middle of the shaft. Removing this extra skin can add significant visual length.

  • Circumcision – AED5000 if combined with any other surgical package or AED10000 if performed on its own

For a patient having a girth enlargement surgery, having a simultaneous circumcision can improve the aesthetic appearance of girth increase.

  • Supra-pubic liposuction or fat pad excision -AED7500 if combined with any other surgical package or AED20000 if performed on its own

For men suffering from buried penis syndrome or have excess fat in their supra-pubic area (the pubic hair area) then removing this fat through liposuction (cheaper option) or excision (more expensive option) can add significant visual gain to the penis size.

Penis Enlargement Frequently Asked Questions

Does penis enlargement really work?

Surgery remains the gold standard for penis enlargement and has been performed for over 30 years (and potentially even longer than that) on hundreds of thousands of men.

Despite this fact, there is an unprecedented amount of mis-information, mainly on the internet, whether it is an effective and safe surgical procedure.

Our medical view is that with modern operating techniques performed by experienced doctors, real penis enlargement is both possible and safe. Of course, like any other type of surgery, the outcome will depend on:

  • The surgeon’s experience and skill;
  • The surgical techniques employed;
  • The treatment expectations; and
  • The post operative care and patient commitment to achieving the desired result.

Which is the best penis enlargement clinic?

Penis enlargement surgery has recently become quite popular and widely available. There are various aesthetic medical groups or plastic surgeons that have started offering this and even doctors that are not surgeons (such as dermatologists) are now performing non-surgical girth enhancement with fillers.

Whereas most penis enlargement surgical techniques are relatively simple and safe, it is very important that you choose carefully the establishment and the surgeon that will perform it.

Penis enlargement is not the same as breast enlargement or other plastic surgeries, since it will affect not only the aesthetic appearance of your genitals but also sexual function. This is why the doctor that will consult (so as to evaluate whether you are a good candidate for this treatment) and operate you must have a very detailed knowledge of both the penis anatomy and men’s sexual function.

For this reason, we advise patients to choose clinics and doctors that can demonstrate their specialization and experience in this field of medicine. This means that non-surgical doctors or general plastic surgeons who are not focusing exclusively in sexual health and genital reconstructive surgery, might not be the best option to receive this treatment.

At International Andrology, we have been performing penis enlargement and genital reconstructive surgery for over 20 years and our doctors have a cumulative experience of over 7500 genital operations and having treated over 30,000 men suffering from sexual dysfunction.

Our surgeons, are all uro-andrologists focusing exclusive on men’s sexual health and genital surgery and perform on average 300 operations annually each.

In addition to the medical excellence and specialization of our surgeons, we also pride ourselves of offering complete transparency and very detailed information regarding the available treatments – starting with this website.

Before proceeding with the treatment, we will carry out an extensive consultation so as to ensure that you are the right candidate for penis enlargement and also agree the optimum treatment option for your individual case.

Are the results permanent?

As long as you follow the post-operative instructions, the results of a penis enlargement operation ARE permanent for the vast majority of patients.

For length enhancement, the results you will see immediately after the operation will actually improve over time if you follow our post-operative instructions.

For girth enhancement with autologous fat injection, you should expect to retain around 60% of the gain you will see immediately after the surgery. This is for two reasons:

  • The penis will have swelled after the operation, so when the swelling subsides some of the gain will go away; and
  • We know that some of the injected fat will be absorbed by the body – how much this will be is unfortunately patient depended but on average it will not be more than 30-40%. The reason that some of the fat gets reabsorbed is that the injected fat cells do not develop their own blood supply and hence do not survive and become scar tissue. This is why post-operative care is very important, since it will affect the amount of fat that will get absorbed. We should mention here that a good surgeon should take this into account when calculating the amount of fat that should be injected in order to gain the desired result, post the absorption phase.

If I lose weight, will the injected fat go away?

No. We have fat cells everywhere in our body, however the body only stores and uses fat (in the case of weight loss) from specific places. The first place that it does so, is the liver and then the abdomen (for men). Unless, you lost almost all your body fat it is very unlikely that weight loss will affect the result of your girth enhancement.

How long does the operation take?

All our Penis Enlargment surgeries are day care and take between 1 and 2 hours of operating time. This means that the whole process (from admission to discharge from the clinic) is around 6 hours, after which you can return to your home/accommodation.

Do I need general anaesthesia?

Yes – the operation is performed under general anaesthesia. However, this need not worry you. Modern day care surgery requires light anaesthesia and since our operations are minimally invasive, it is very unlikely that there will be any issues.

Practically, you are put to sleep just before the operation starts and wake up just after the surgeon finishes – so in total you will be under anaesthesia for around 2 hours.

How long do I need to stay in the hospital for?

After the operation you would need to stay in hospital for 3-4 hours. During this time you will be attended by our nurse, eat something, get checked by your surgeon and then you will be ready to go home. You will be able to walk and function normally, usually with very little pain or discomfort.

I am travelling from abroad – how long do I need to stay for follow up after my surgery?

The next day after your operation you will have a follow up in office consultation with your surgeon to check that everything is fine. After that, most patients can travel although we recommend that you stay for a further 1-2 days so that you have further follow ups over then next few days with your surgeon but in most cases, this is not necessary.

What do I need to do to prepare for the operation?

Practically nothing – although following a healthy lifestyle (in terms of diet, exercise, smoking and alcohol consumption) the preceding month is advised since this will assist with the recovery. Moreover, you will be given detailed fasting instructions that you would need to follow 6 hours before the surgery. However, if you have fallen ill or there are any other recent health concerns make sure you inform your surgeon as soon as possible so as to evaluate whether the surgery would need to be postponed to a later date. If there are any other things you would need to do pre-operatively then the doctor will inform you during your consultation.

What is the cost of the surgical treatment?

Surgical treatment costs will depend on the type of operation, the medical material used and the specific circumstances of each patient. Following your consultation and if you are a candidate for a surgical treatment an all inclusive cost will be quoted (covering medical material, hospital fees, anaesthetist fees and surgeon’s fee and all the follow up consultations).

As an indication, the all inclusive cost for Penis Enlargement surgery starts at €3500.

How experienced are your surgeons?

Our surgeons are focusing exclusively on male uro-genital surgery and each one performs on average more that 300 genital operations per month. In fact, we are an international referral centre and patients travel from all over the world to get operated at our centres.

Equally important is the fact that as an international network of andrology practices, we have developed very strict and state of the art surgical protocols and have monthly sessions during which our surgeons share their experiences and discuss difficult cases hence constantly improving the surgical techniques employed.

This means that the surgeons of our group have a combined experience of over 4000 Penis Enlargement operations, which is one of the highest in the world.

What are your success rates?

We define our surgical success rate in two ways:

  • No major complications; and
  • Demonstrable patient satisfaction.

Based on these criteria our success rate is more than 95% in penis enlargement surgery, which is significant higher than other clinics or what has been reported in the media. We believe a very important element that results to such high success rates, beyond the surgical skills of our doctors, is the correct patient selection in terms of surgical technique and also the very extensive post-surgical follow up of our patients – our experience suggest that this is of paramount importance for a successful surgical outcome.

Do you have any patient testimonials?

Yes. We have extensive patient testimonials (published anonymously here) and we can also put you in contact with individual patients, either via phone or email if you would like to know more about their surgical experience in our clinic.

What do I need to do after the surgery?

The day after your operation, you need to attend a consultation with your surgeon, during which he will give you detailed post-operative instructions, change your medical dressing and answer any questions that you might have.

After that and until your next in office person (usually a month later) your surgeon and our patient co-ordination team will be in close contact with you asking for regular updates and also addressing any concerns you might have.

Two weeks after your surgery (unless instructed otherwise) you would need to start with the post-operative rehabilitation, which involves penile stretching and daily gentle massaging of the penis shaft (depending on the surgical technique performed) – detailed instructions will be provided to you post-operatively.

How long do I need to take off work in order to have the surgery?

Most patients can return to work 2-3 days after their operation assuming it is an office based work. If your work involves heavy physical activity, then you might need a bit longer off work.

How long after the surgery can I resume with sexual activities?

Usually sexual activities can be resumed after 4-6 weeks unless your surgeon advices otherwise.

Will I experience pain after the operation?

Some muted pain and discomfort should be expected but this can be countered with over the counter oral painkillers. Same patients, especially younger ones might feel pain during erections for the first few days.

What are the potential complications?

All our operations are minimally invasive and most complications can be treated conservatively.

Most patients will experience some swelling of the penis, which will subside over the first few days from the operation. Rare complications (most of them associated with any type of surgery) might include bleeding, infection (you will be prescribed anti-biotics straight after the surgery so as to prevent this), localised tissue damage (blood vessels, nerves, penis glans, urethra), temporary/ permanent glans numbness, recurrence or residual curvature, penile shortening, post-operative erectile dysfunction and in some cases penile bulging. These risks are minimised by choosing the right operating technique based on the individual circumstances of the patient and during your pre-operative consultation, you will be informed extensively about the risks of the operation and your surgeon will answer any questions that you might have.
